This Data Protection Policy is written in compliance with the Data Protection Act 1998 (UK). As the information collected by is only used by the church which is a non-profit organisation, we are exempt from notifying the ICO.

Use of your information:
This website is run by The King's Church Wisbech and is used by us for the purposes of advertising our ministry as well as keeping people informed as to our events and programmes.  Messages sent using the various 'Feedback Forms' throughout the site go direct to The King's Church Office or to carefully selected leaders of various departments within the church and your email address will only be used for the purpose of responding to your email. 
 If you buy MP3's from CDbaby, whose embedded store front is on this website, your information will be stored by and will be used by Matt McChlery to contact you about his music ministry.
If you buy any products from the online 'Store' your personal information will be stored and used by in order to process your payment.
